Rick worked 25 years in the operations and management of reactor plants for the US Navy, then moved into corporate global Talent Management focused on Human Capital Strategy and performance. For the last six years he has been working as an internal and external consultant focused on people performance through Leadership Development and operates a photography company with his wife to explore his artistic side. He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology, a MS in Engineering Management, and Graduate Certificates in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Environmental Management, and Lean Six Sigma. Rick is all about helping people get better at what they do to help organizations achieve maximum performance.
